LEARN TO COOK PLANT-BASED, GLUTEN-FREE AND REFINED SUGAR-FREE

HEALTHY AND HAPPY RECIPES TO FUEL YOUR DAILY-LIFE!

Online or in-person

You will learn healthy and delicious plant-based and gluten-free recipes, to boost your life with energy and positivity, for your every day, and special occasions too.

  • Recipes to suit your body and your lifestyle. Your knowledge and skills.

  • Simple and easy tools to help you become more confident in the kitchen.

  • Become more conscious and more connected to your body while cooking. That’s embodied cooking!

  • We will have the same recipes and cook together. I guide you step by step and guarantee a successful healthy and delicious result.

It’s surprising how effective and enjoyable cooking online can be!

  • We will loosen and de-stress our bodies so that you can cook a wholesome meal, freeer from negative emotions, so that you can cook in a state of well-being and practice self-care.

  • We will explore our senses and add some big sighs in between the washing up. To lighten and break things up a little. Being in the kitchen certainly doesn’t have to be boring — let’s have some fun too!

  • We will usually take around 2 hours to cook together. Or, you can request the length of time you need. We can make less or more in one session.

  • You can also share the class with a friend and share not just the experience and the learning but also the cost.

If you’d rather, and are able, to learn how to cook with me in-person, I am available in and around Stroud, UK. I do travel a fair bit so don’t hesitate to ask whether I might be in your town in the near future.

  • I recommend having a conversation with me to find out whether I can help you and if we are the right match. I look forward to meeting you, MC

WHY EAT MORE PLANT FOODS?

I think every ‘body’ benefits when we eat more plant-based wholefoods.

The emotionally positive impact of eating more plant-based foods also on your system ripples into your environment.

I believe the planet is crying out for a reduction in the consumption of animals and their products.

When it comes to land use, livestock-related farming is the biggest contributor to climate change.

By reducing the consumption of animals or their products, the environment is greatly supported. Fact.

That doesn’t mean you have to become 100% vegan.

It’s more about moving towards a more plant-based diet.

If we all ate more plant-based food, the world would be a better place.

What People Are Saying

“Hi MC - thank you so much for the brilliant class you hosted. It wasn’t *just* a class, it was a celebration, and you really played a huge part in getting us into the same space (hard when it’s over Zoom, and people are in different countries) - but for those 2-3 hours, while we cooked, and then shared the same flavours and joy of discovery (yummy sour cream out of cashews - who knew!) really brought us together. You have a really great setup with the multiple camera angles - purpose built for chatting AND giving a birds eye view of proceedings. While a cookery class is a fun thing to do with a bunch of people when physically together - doing one over Zoom means people don’t even need to be in the same country! Thank you for your energy, passion, and good humour whilst herding and shepherding us towards the grand finale - which tasted absolutely amazing by the way!”

“I love Gala's cooking classes! I've done four of them now and keep coming back because they are the best fusion of taste, healthy conscious eating and light-hearted spirituality that I've found.

Something about Maria-Carin is very present in the whole experience; she's a really clear, pure and friendly human being and it radiates through her cooking.

On a practical level what she shares with you is brilliant because her recipes are very accessible and work very well when you get home with the copy she provides and give them a go yourself.

A bunch of her recipes are in my regular repertoire now and people love them!'“
