Learn simple and easy tools to help you become equipped with handy recipes that suit you, and at the same time become more conscious in the kitchen and more connected to your body.

We will have the same recipes and cook together, learning as we go.

We will loosen and de-stress our bodies by shaking and dancing, so that you can cook yourself a wholesome meal, free from negative emotions, and find yourself in a state of well-being. 

We will explore our senses and add some big sighs in between the washing up. To lighten and break things up a little. Being in the kitchen certainly doesn’t have to be boring!
